Level 2: The Princess Bride

Overview

This premier wedding package includes all items in Level 1 with an additional focus on vendor selection and creative consultation. We ensure your vision becomes a reality while keeping you in budget with our knowledge of vendor reputation and fair market price. We will review written contracts, accompany you to meetings, and give advise to help in your final vendor selection. We act as mediator between venues and vendors in both the planning process and your wedding day. From the moment you sign with us, we are there to help you throughout the wedding process.

Ceremony/Reception Venue

Upon contract acceptance we provide locations that fit your budget and capacity requirements. (This includes many exclusive locations in the South Florida area that are not advertised.) We accompany you on site inspections of your possible wedding venues. We meet with catering manager to discuss our involvement; in addition we complete a preliminary discussion of floor plan and flow of event.

Rehearsal Dinner Venue

We present multiple locations for your dinner that meet your budget and capacity requirements. All appointments with venues will be prearranged for your convenience.

Vendor Selection

Assist with vendor selection for up to three categories. We provide samples of work and/or set up meetings with vendor. Proposals are reviewed for market pricing and reputation. As needed, we negotiate on your behalf. Vendors include, but are not limited to:

Catering
Photography
Cinematographer
Music (DJ or Live Band)
Floral design
Equipment Rental
Dress / tuxedo
Invitations
Hair stylist
Transportation

Communication

Thirty days prior to the wedding we manage all communication with your vendors so you can relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. This includes unlimited communication via email, phone, and Skype.

Planning

Maintain contact with venue and vendors. Details include:

Confirm final headcount and menu selections with hotel.
Provide venue with set up sheet with detailed information on event.
Create complete timeline of event for ceremony and reception, based on your input. This will dictate the flow of the evening.
Distribute timeline to all vendors.
Attend wedding rehearsal. Meet the bridal party and family; share our contact information for any questions or issues that may arise throughout the weekend.

“Day Of” Coordination

On your wedding day we will arrive at requested time. From this point we are on site throughout the day and through the conclusion of the evening.

Responsibilities include:

Enforce wedding day timeline. Make sure all vendors arrive on time and assist as needed.
Assist setting up all items for the ceremony, place cards for the reception, gift table, plus any items you wish the venue to be decorated with, including placement of favors and bathroom baskets.
We review the set up and prior to event we perform a final check of tables, seating, lighting, etc.
If needed, distribute any balances due to each vendor along with gratuities.
Available to help with ANY situations that may arise during the day.
