Stefanie Fox:
Stefanie is a South Florida native who grew up in Coral Springs. While attending Florida Atlantic University, she was heavily involved in event planning with her Alpha Xi Delta sorority. After
graduating in 1996 with a degree in communication, she managed a successful career in the finance industry by generating a large referral base from her consistent level of customer service and ability to work with many vendors simultaneously.
Stefanie enjoyed planning events for clients and was the “go to” person whenever her friends had an upcoming wedding. It was during her own wedding planning when she realized she wanted to make a career out of helping other brides. Her goal was simple: Create an unforgettable day with not stress for the bride and groom while staying in their budget.
Stefanie is currently obtaining her MBA, specializing in Entrepreneurship. She is the main contact throughout the wedding process.
Devin Fox:
Devin is a native of West Lafayette, IN, and a graduate of Purdue University. A brother of the Sigma Pi fraternity, Devin graduated with a communication degree in 1996. He worked for over a decade in an extremely competitive sales management environment at the 16th largest privately held company in the world. As a district manager, Devin was responsible for organizing special events, marketing, negotiating contracts, logistics, controlling costs, increasing profits, and overseeing a territory of 50 employees and hundreds of accounts. Devin takes care of the operational side of business.
In both of our previous careers, our ability to manage the small details and remain calm under pressure prepared us to become successful wedding planners. We wanted to run a business that combined our creative and operational experience.

Like any service, it’s important to shop around to be confident you are getting the level of quality you deserve at a fair price.
Mr. & Mrs. Wedding is priced competitively in our marketplace based on our level of experience and client satisfaction. We expect you to meet with several event planners before making your final decision. Here are a few questions you should ask event planners before making your final choice:
1. How many weddings or special events have they planned in the current year? Do they have pictures and video to show you their work?

2. Can you contact their past clients? If so, how many clients are they willing to provide to you?

Meet the Experts: How to Plan a Wedding on a Budget
1. “Flowers are a big part of the budget,” Stefanie says. Stick to in-season flowers. If you have a lot of bridesmaids, consider using their bouquets as centerpieces for a few tables at the reception to cut down on the number you need to have made.
2. Instead of holding your wedding on a Saturday night, go for Friday or Sunday, those nights typically cost less to book. If you choose Friday, you can hold your rehearsal dinner on a Thursday, which will save you even more. Choosing the same caterer for both nights can also get you a better deal.

3. Provide your own alcohol, and consider serving beer, wine and a signature cocktail—a full open bar might leave you with a bunch of open bottles. Many stores will allow you to return unopened bottles after the event.
4. “We tell a lot of brides to hire their photographers for their time and the rights to the pictures,” Stefanie says. Skip the professional album, which could cost hundreds or thousands more. Programs like iPhoto and Web sites like Flickr will allow you to create your own album for much less.
5. Go for a smaller cake, rather than the big six-tier cake. You can have a sheet cake in the back to serve to your guests.
6. Talk to your florist about building an arch that can be easily taken apart, transported and used as decor at your reception.
7. If you go to a bar or nightclub and hear a great band, talk to them about doing your wedding.

This involves our services a month prior to your wedding and is perfect for couples that have already selected your venue and vendors. This level is more operational with a focus on event management.
Communication
Thirty days prior to the wedding we manage all communication with your vendors so you can relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. This includes unlimited communication via email, phone, and Skype.
Planning
Maintain contact with venue and vendors. Details include:
- Confirm final headcount and menu selections with hotel
- Provide venue with set up sheet with detailed information on event.
- Create complete timeline of event for ceremony and reception, based on your input. This will dictate the flow of the evening.
- Distribute timeline to all vendors.
- Attend wedding rehearsal. Meet the bridal party and family; share our contact information for any questions or issues that may arise throughout the weekend.
“Day Of” Coordination
On your wedding day we will arrive at requested time. From this point we are on site throughout the day and through the conclusion of the evening.
Responsibilities include:

Wedding Planning Package: Level 2 – The Princess Bride
Overview
This premier wedding package includes all items in Level 1 with an additional focus on vendor selection and creative consultation. We ensure your vision becomes a reality while keeping you in budget with our knowledge of vendor reputation and fair market price. We will review written contracts, accompany you to meetings, and give advise to help in your final vendor selection. We act as mediator between venues and vendors in both the planning process and your wedding day. From the moment you sign with us, we are there to help you throughout the wedding process.
Ceremony/Reception Venue
Upon contract acceptance we provide locations that fit your budget and capacity requirements. (This includes many exclusive locations in the South Florida area that are not advertised.) We accompany you on site inspections of your possible wedding venues. We meet with catering manager to discuss our involvement; in addition we complete a preliminary discussion of floor plan and flow of event.
Rehearsal Dinner Venue
We present multiple locations for your dinner that meet your budget and capacity requirements. All appointments with venues will be prearranged for your convenience.
Vendor Selection
Assist with vendor selection for up to three categories. We provide samples of work and/or set up meetings with vendor. Proposals are reviewed for market pricing and reputation. As needed, we negotiate on your behalf. Vendors include, but are not limited to:
